MatchMind Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MatchMind mobile application. By using MatchMind, you agree to these terms.

Using MatchMind

MatchMind is a post-match coaching journal for soccer coaches. You may use it for personal and professional coaching purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Your Content

You own all data you enter into MatchMind, including check-ins, match notes, team names, and tags. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display your content back to you within the app.

Premium Subscription

• MatchMind offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use automated systems to access the app in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

Availability

We strive to keep MatchMind available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Disclaimer

MatchMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchMind and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using MatchMind at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, but you may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
